HOW TO BUY
Buying from Stage1ecu.shop is very easy. Choose the products you wish to purchase. To do this, browse the category menu and click on the photograph of the product you wish to view or purchase. Once you have chosen a product of interest, you can add it to your shopping cart.
Prices are as indicated on Stage1ecu.shop (except in the case of typographical errors).
SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS
We offer several shipping options. We select the most suitable shipping method based on your location to ensure the lowest possible cost and delivery time.
DELIVERY TIMES
Virtual products (Ecu Files) are delivered immediately upon purchase.
Physical products will be delivered within 1 to 3 days for items in stock. For products not currently in stock, we will provide an approximate delivery time of 5 to 7 days, starting from the order confirmation date. Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
The indicated delivery times are estimates.
If we are unable to meet these deadlines, we will inform you immediately to provide a new delivery date or, if it is not possible to supply the product, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
PAYMENT SECURITY
For our customers’ security, we offer various secure payment methods.
You can choose from the following payment options:
Payment by card using Visa or Mastercard.
Financing with Klarna in several installments.
Payment by Bank Transfer: You can pay the total amount of your purchase by bank transfer. The exact amount to transfer will be confirmed by email when you place your order. Payment for orders by bank transfer must be made to stage1ecu.shop in the account indicated in the confirmation email within a maximum of 5 business days from the date you placed the order. When making the transfer or deposit, please remember to include the same name you specified on the order form and the order number. This will allow us to easily identify the source of the payment.
Once we receive confirmation of the deposit from our bank, we will activate your order. The delivery time starts from this date. We remind you that many banks and savings banks allow you to make bank transfers online.
MY ACCOUNT
Your account with Stage1ecu.shop offers the following features:
Once logged into your account, you can check the status of your order.
Permanent shopping cart: Any product you add to your cart will remain there until you remove it or purchase it.
Multiple addresses: You can choose a different shipping address, for example, to send a gift directly to the recipient.
Order history: Access your purchase history.
My account: You can change your billing and shipping information.
Future orders: For future orders, you can easily log in using your username and password (no need to re-enter your information).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns
If the customer believes the product is not what they expected, they will be refunded the product price minus shipping costs. To do so, they must contact us within 15 days of receiving the shipment, send the product properly packaged, and postage prepaid to Stage1ecu.shop.
To accept a return, both the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and include all original contents. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the shipment.
Exchanges
Defective Merchandise:
If the merchandise arrives defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
If the exchange is due to an error on the part of the customer (e.g., placing the wrong order), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If the error is due to Stage1ecu.shop, the customer will receive the correct merchandise at no additional cost.
